Our Décor Closet includes approximately 180 different décor items, with options for ceremonies, centerpieces, tables and finishing touches.
Browse the collection by category, view photos, see available quantities and select the pieces you’d like to use for your event directly through your Planning App.
Clients with our Classic and Elite Wedding Packages receive the entire Décor Closet as part of their package. Other wedding packages and events can rent available pieces à la carte at a low cost.

Browse available linen sizes and colors, see what’s included with your package and select exactly what you need for your event.
If your wedding package includes standard linens but you’d prefer a longer tablecloth, your Planning App even shows the upgrade price difference, making it easy to compare your options before making a selection.
Napkins and additional linens can also be added directly through the app.
YOUR VENDORS + YOUR TIMELINE
Keep Everyone on the Same Page
Add your vendors and their contact information to your Planning App, then use the Timeline Builder to organize the flow of your event.
For weddings, timeline items can be connected to vendors, and vendor-specific timeline information can be created so each vendor receives the details that apply to them.
Wedding clients who add Day-of Coordination receive additional coordination tools that help our coordination team prepare to manage the wedding-day timeline, vendors and important events.

Venue Coordination is included with our wedding packages. Our venue coordinators focus on The Hidden Abbey and venue-related needs.
Day-of Coordination is an optional service for couples who want someone focused on their overall wedding-day timeline, vendors and flow of events.
