Food and Beverage Calculators

Click on the tabs below to switch between our beverage, food, and dessert calculators. Each one is designed to make your event planning easier!
The alcohol calculator lets you choose between light, moderate, or heavy drinking and gives you a breakdown of how much to buy.
The non-alcoholic calculator helps you plan for cans, dispensers, or liters depending on your beverage selection.
The food calculator helps estimate portions for main dishes, side dishes, and more to make sure everyone is fed and happy!
For the alcohol section, this calculator is to be used to help give you an estimate of what you will need. We always recommend that you ALWAYS consult your bartender for a more accurate count for beverages.

Figure out your budget!
Use this tool to plan how your event budget could be distributed across different vendors. Start by entering your total budget. If you already have a set price for your venue, add that too—the calculator will automatically lock that amount and calculate its percentage for you. Turn on “Customize Percentages” to adjust the sliders and fine-tune your spending. You can also lock one other category to prioritize it. Don’t need certain vendors? Simply uncheck them to redistribute your budget among the remaining ones. Aim to keep your total at 100% for the most accurate planning!
