Our calendar shows which dates and times are open for booking. You can choose a morning or evening time—or even book both spaces together! If you have a certain date in mind, just look to see if it’s available. The Hidden Abbey can host up to FOUR 5-hour events on Saturdays, making it a great choice for bridal showers, baby showers, and birthday parties.
Fridays & Saturdays: 5-hour rentals can only be booked within 4 months of the event date for dates during PEAK WEDDING SEASON (Example: If you would like to book a Friday or Saturday in September, you can be booked in May of that year if the date is still available).
Sundays: Available for 5-hour rentals all year round.
Sundays during PEAK WEDDING SEASON, 5-hour rentals must begin at 12 PM or later.
Sundays during NON-PEAK WEDDING SEASON, 5-hour rentals must begin at 11 AM or later.
This helps us keep prime wedding dates available while still giving flexibility for smaller events.
Saturday ONLY Small Events Time Slots
(Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, Parties, etc.)
For 5-hour rentals, Saturdays offer two 7 hour time slots that you can place your 5 Hour rental within: 8 AM – 3 PM and 4 PM – 11 PM.
Our most common rental times are 10 AM – 3 PM and 5 PM – 10 PM.
Event Centered Closed Dates
We are closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas.
